Last minute have staff minute @ 6.30pm. No pay taken okay! Zzz. End @ 8.50pm. While listening to the speech talk I fall aslp. Zzzz. But when they comes to talk about "Economy" Hais, economy is really down now. Retrench (DBS).. Cut bonus pay like (Citibank). Rate drop. But ERA make a promise that. They won't cut down our pay. Girlfriends there are so helpful, anything I not sure once I approach them, they will help.
